Visa Information for Korea-Bound Participants (E-Visa Excluded)
To ensure a smooth entry into the Republic of Korea, kindly note that a valid passport with a minimum validity of six months and a Korean Visa are required. For more precise and up-to-date information, we kindly recommend contacting your local Korean Embassy to inquire about the necessary documents for visa issuance. It is highly advisable to initiate the visa application process at least one month prior to your scheduled departure to allow sufficient time for processing.
Please be informed that nationals of countries or regions with which Korea has established a visa waiver agreement may enter without a visa for a duration of either 30 or 90 days. For detailed information regarding visa issuance, we kindly suggest visiting the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea.
