Q1. What are the registration dates?
- [International]
  Early-bird registration: July 1 (Tue) – August 31 (Sun), until 23:59:59 KST (GMT+9)
  
  Pre-registration: September 1 (Mon) – October 17 (Fri), until 23:59:59 KST (GMT+9)

Q2. How much is the registration fee?
- Please click HERE to view the registration fees.

Q3. Can I register for just one day?
- No. Registration is available ONLY for the full three-day duration.

Q4. How can I pay the registration fee?
- We only accept full payment through the online payment system.

Q5. How can I check my registration status?
- Once your registration and payment are completed, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
  If you do not receive the email, please first check your junk/spam folder, or contact the secretariat at secretariat@koreanesthesia.org.
  Your registration status will also be updated on My Page as follows:
  - Payment needed: Payment has not been made (registration is not completed).
  - Completed: Both online registration and payment have been successfully completed.

Q6. Can I change or cancel my registration after making the payment?
- You may change or cancel your registration and receive a full refund if the request is submitted before the deadline.
  To request a cancellation, please complete the Registration Cancellation Request Form and email it to the secretariat at secretariat@koreanesthesia.org.
  Important notes regarding refunds:
  - Requests for cancellation or changes will be accepted until October 17 (Fri), 2025, at 11:59:59 PM KST (GMT+9).
  - From October 18 (Sat), 2025, no refunds will be available.

Q7. Can I transfer my registration to my colleague?
- Transferring the registration to another person is strictly prohibited.

Q8. Where can I obtain the certificate of attendance?
- The certificate of attendance will be available for download in the Registration section of My Page after the congress has concluded.

Q9. Where can I get the receipt?
- Once your registration payment has been completed, you can view and download the receipt in the Registration section of My Page, below your registration details.

Q1. 평점 인정은 어떻게 진행되나요?
- KoreAnesthesia 2025는 본인이 현장에 참석한 경우에만 평점이 인정됩니다.
  의협의 변경된 평점 인정 기준에 따라, 평점은 강의 시간을 기준으로 60분당 1점이 부여되며, 휴식 및 식사 시간은 제외됩니다.
  예시)
  • 50분 이수: 0평점
  • 1시간 59분 이수: 1평점
  • 3시간 9분 이수: 3평점
  
  명찰 내 바코드를 행사장에 비치된 평점 리더기에 인식해 주시기 바랍니다.
  강의 시작 전에 바코드를 찍고 입장하셔도 실제 강의 시간부터 인정되며, 강의 종료 후에 찍으셔도 실제 강의 시간까지만 인정됩니다.
  
  행사장에서 최종 퇴장하실 때 반드시 바코드를 다시 인식시켜야 체류 시간이 기록됩니다.
  
  매일 입·퇴장 시 바코드를 인식해야 당일 체류 시간이 누적됩니다.
  
  또한, 바코드 인식 과정에서 발생하는 모든 부정행위(대리출석 등)는 등록 취소 사유가 될 수 있습니다.

  1일 최대 평점은 6점입니다.
  (KMA 필수교육 이수 시, 아래와 같이 평점이 조정됩니다.)
  예시)
  • 필수평점 2점 이수 시: 일반평점 최대 4점 인정
  • 필수평점 1점 이수 시: 일반평점 최대 5점 인정
  • 필수평점 미이수 시: 일반평점 최대 6점 인정
  
  전공의의 경우, 수련 요건 중 학술대회 참석 1회 인정을 위해서는 2일 이상 참석이 필요합니다.

Q2. 사직 전공의의 수련 관련 평점 인정은 어떻게 되나요?
- 현행 규정에 따르면, 전공의가 사직한 이후에 이수하는 수련 교과 과정은 인정되지 않습니다.
  다만, 전례 없는 의료 공백이 지속됨에 따라, 향후 복지부의 특례 적용, 수련 규정 일부 개정 및 소급 적용 등의 가능성이 열려 있습니다.
  이에 따라 학회에서는 사직 전공의의 수련 관련 평점 인정 여부에 대해 현재 규정 외에 명확한 안내를 드리기 어려운 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

Q3. 등록 항목을 변경하거나 등록을 취소하고 싶습니다.
- 등록 완료 후 등록 항목 변경은 안됩니다.
  변경을 원하시면 전체 취소 후 다시 등록 하셔야 합니다.
  등록 취소 요청은 이메일로만 접수 가능하며 (전화 신청 불가),
  취소 환불 신청은 사전등록 마감일인 2025년 10월 17일 (금)까지 가능합니다.
  
  2025년 10월 17일(금)까지 등록 취소 시: 전액 환불 가능
  
  2025년 10월 18일(토) 이후 등록 취소 시: 환불 불가

Q4. 현금영수증이나 세금계산서 발행이 가능한가요?
- 실시간 계좌이체 또는 가상계좌로 등록비를 결제하신 경우, KCP 시스템을 통해 자동으로 현금영수증이 발급됩니다.
  단체 등록비 납부 시 세금계산서가 필요하신 경우, 아래 사무국으로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.
