General Information
- KoreAnesthesia 2025 welcomes scientific papers that have not been previously published in indexed journals.
- All abstracts must be submitted via the online submission system.
- Authors must disclose any financial or personal affiliations that may influence their work.
The ICMJE Uniform Disclosure Form (www.icmje.org/conflicts-of-interest/) will be used. Submissions will not be finalized until disclosure is complete. - Submissions involving human studies must include confirmation of IRB approval and informed consent, or documentation of consent waiver.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to withdraw abstracts at any time.
- Accepted abstracts will be published in a PDF-only abstract book available on the official website.
- Free registration will be offered to all accepted international abstract presenters.

Notification of Abstract Acceptance
Notifications will be sent via email to the submitter, corresponding author, and presenting author.
All presenters must attend onsite. No online presentations will be allowed.
Presentation schedules will be communicated individually at a later date.
Abstract Revision & Presenter Change
Until August 31 (Sun), abstracts and presenter information can be freely modified via ‘My Page’.
After August 31 (Sun), please fill out the Presenter Change Request Form and email it to the Secretariat at secretariat@koreanesthesia.org.
